Our name is derived from two words. The First, Paninoteca (Panini Bar), refers to our more light fare and Italian Tapas style dining. The second word, Enoteca (Wine Bar) refers to our award-winning wine list. 

We pride ourselves on serving only the freshest and most authentic, high-quality ingredients in West Chester. In addition to our menu items, we complement our cuisine with an array of fine wines from all over the globe.
